Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise two sector managers and support their skill development
• Drive agency activity including growth, revenue, average basket, and customer satisfaction
• Propose action plans to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local healthcare and medico-social professionals

Requirements

• Level 5 diploma minimum in the medico-social sector (DE, BTS, Licence, etc.) or 3+ years of experience in a similar management role
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Team player with digital tool proficiency
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
