Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and profitability of the profit center through prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty
• Propose customized solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and apprenticeship
• Monitor and animate KPIs to ensure business performance
• Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
• Supervise candidate pool management, including sourcing strategies and training
• Manage and develop a team of 5 employees

Requirements

• Proven field sales experience, ideally in B2B
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strategic vision and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Fixed salary between €32k and €38k per year
