Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and profitability of the profit center
• Conduct field prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty activities
• Propose personalized HR solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and apprenticeships
• Monitor and animate KPIs to ensure business performance
• Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
• Supervise candidate pool management, including sourcing and training strategies
• Manage and develop a team of one collaborator

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in B2B
• Strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and develop team members

Benefits

• Fixed salary between €32,000 and €36,000 per year
