About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial development and performance of the profit center through prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty
  • Propose personalized solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and apprenticeship
  • Manage the profit center by monitoring and animating KPIs to ensure profitability
  • Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
  • Supervise candidate and temporary worker pools, including sourcing and training strategies
  • Manage and develop the team to achieve performance and engagement goals

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven field sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strategic vision and a result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lead and grow a professional team
