Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and profitability of the profit center
• Conduct field prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty activities
• Propose personalized solutions including temporary staffing, recruitment, and apprenticeships
• Monitor and animate KPIs to ensure business performance
• Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
• Supervise candidate pool management and sourcing strategies
• Manage and develop a team of 2 collaborators

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in B2B
• Strategic vision and a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and grow a team
