Responsable d'Activités - Pôle Multitechniques & CVC

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize daily task distribution and resource allocation
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of HVAC and multi-technical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor operational performance indicators such as availability, MTTR, and MTBF
• Manage and develop teams, ensuring safety compliance and skill development
• Lead annual performance reviews and individualized evolution plans
• Manage the operating budget, including maintenance, spare parts, and subcontracting costs
• Act as the primary client contact for reporting, follow-up meetings, and contractual compliance
• Identify organizational improvements and manage subcontractors and service contracts

Requirements

• Engineering or Management degree
• 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 8-10 people
• Experience in budget management and operating cost control
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating) and multi-technical equipment
• Experience in client relations and maintenance contract management
