About the Company

EPSA Energy is the entity dedicated to energy performance, helping industrial, tertiary, and public sectors reduce consumption, costs, and carbon footprints.

Responsibilities

• Co-construct the CEE strategy and associated objectives with Management
• Deploy and animate the strategy within operational teams
• Participate in recruitment and team structuring
• Ensure the technical and regulatory expertise level of the team
• Conduct active regulatory monitoring in relation to CEE partners
• Guarantee operational compliance and anticipate regulatory changes
• Drive CEE activity performance (volume, margin, quality)
• Contribute to the achievement of Business Plan objectives
• Provide continuous training and skill development for teams
• Collaborate with sales teams and other Business Units to support commercial development

Requirements

• Higher education in energy, engineering, business, or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in CEE and energy performance
• Strong mastery of regulatory, operational, and economic sector issues
• Proven ability to manage projects, structure activities, and lead teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional English proficiency desired
