Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of HVAC (CVC) activities for the agency.
• Collaborate with the Agency Manager to define strategic commercial approaches.
• Support and mentor Business Managers in achieving their individual commercial, managerial, and financial objectives.
• Manage and develop a portion of the agency's activity in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing.
• Oversee the execution of technical projects, including team coordination, financial monitoring, and billing management.
• Represent the company's expertise to professional clients in the tertiary, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Educational background in Thermal and Climate Engineering (Génie thermique et climatique).
• Proven experience in a similar management role or as an experienced Business Manager.
• Strong commercial development and business growth skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to unite and motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
