Responsibilities
- Ensure operational management of network kitchens while strictly respecting culinary, organizational, and hygiene standards.
- Guarantee constant production quality, recipe compliance, and food safety across all sites.
- Supervise, support, and train kitchen teams to foster skill development and autonomy.
- Conduct regular site audits (quality, hygiene, organization) and implement concrete action plans for continuous improvement.
- Act as a relay for strategic and operational directions from Management and the Executive Chef to field teams.
Requirements
- Mastery of culinary techniques and kitchen processes.
- Expertise in applying and monitoring HACCP standards.
- Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate teams.
- Proficiency in service organization and kitchen production.
- Ability to conduct audits and write operational reports.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to travel.
- Leadership skills and a pedagogical approach to training.
