Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare, and manage all aspects of cost management and pricing for turnkey tender offers.
• Define cost structures for submissions based on sales requirements and target costs per activity or subsystem.
• Manage cost estimation activities by collaborating with various business units and technical departments.
• Drive cost improvement actions to achieve target prices using all available competitiveness levers.
• Work with the central finance team to calculate additional costs, including financing, insurance, taxes, and obligations.
• Ensure the robustness and uniformity of costs relative to the scope of work and project planning.
• Support the Bid Manager throughout the offer validation process and assist the Project team through the project review.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Business School diploma.
• 5 years of industrial experience, ideally within the railway sector.
• Solid experience in finance, project management, or bid preparation.
• Ability to develop cost models and use value analysis models to challenge contributor commitments.
• Proficiency in professional English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within matrix organizations.
