Responsable Comptable Mandants

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the compliance, reliability, and quality of residential client accounting
• Supervise and organize the activities of a multi-site accounting team of 9 members
• Oversee invoicing, collections, unpaid processing, and supplier payments
• Analyze client balances, rental statements, and accounts
• Supervise bank reconciliations and secure financial flows
• Validate tenant statements including move-ins, move-outs, and charge regularizations
• Act as the primary accounting contact for the Rental Management Direction
• Lead IT system projects, express business needs, and participate in user testing and automation

Requirements

• Confirmed expertise in client accounting for residential rental management
• Mastery of rental flows, charges, works, and landlord reporting
• Proficiency with ERP and business tools
• Leadership skills to manage a multi-site team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of commercial leases is appreciated
