Responsable Comptabilité Générale et Trésorerie

Responsibilities

• Supervise all general accounting operations and manage the monthly closing schedule
• Lead and develop a team of 4 employees, ensuring skill development and team cohesion
• Manage monthly and annual closing activities, including fixed assets, payroll entries, provisions, and foreign currency revaluation
• Oversee VAT reconciliation and prepare reporting within the BFC consolidation tool
• Ensure the reliability of balance sheet accounts and supervise quarterly intercompany reconciliations
• Manage daily treasury activities, including 6-week cash forecasting and managing cash flows
• Monitor taxes and contribute to the calculation of taxable income for various entities
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes

Requirements

• Higher education degree in accounting or financial management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a Shared Service Center (CSP) or international group
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Pack
• Professional English proficiency for regular communication with international subsidiaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Experience with complex accounting operations such as mergers
