Responsable Comptabilité Générale et Fiscale

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting and ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
• Orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to Group standards
• Validate statutory financial statements including balance sheets and P&L
• Manage tax responsibilities in France, including corporate tax and tax returns
• Oversee IFRS reporting and ensure consistency with consolidated accounts
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and intra-group flow compliance
• Act as the primary contact for statutory auditors
• Manage and develop an accounting team of approximately 10 employees
• Drive finance transformation and digitalization projects

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance, or management
• At least 5 years of significant experience in general accounting and taxation
• Full mastery of French accounting, French taxation, and IFRS standards
• Experience in complex, high-volume environments (industry, distribution, or FMCG)
• Proven management and team development skills
• Fluency in English for Group interactions
