Responsable Commercial

Responsibilities

• Direct commercial activities and guarantee financial results for the assigned companies and/or zones.
• Drive business development and increase market share within the assigned perimeter.
• Lead and animate commercial teams to achieve performance goals and develop employee skills.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a favorable social climate within teams.
• Manage commercial development across fixed points and construction sites, including key account management and prospecting.
• Implement the annual commercial policy and ensure team alignment with set objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a commercial or production department.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and overseeing budgets.
• Mastery of sales and production indicators and commercial measurement tools.
• Strong negotiation techniques and financial/cost management skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions, influence company strategy, and support change management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to define objectives and mobilize resources effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Rhône Alpes Jura region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical and commercial knowledge of Lafarge Granulats product lines.
• Experience in the aggregates or construction materials industry.
• Ability to work in a transverse mode and collaborate with technical experts.
