Responsable Commercial

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of order intake objectives for the agency
• Develop and implement high-quality Commercial Action Plans in collaboration with the Agency Manager
• Detect and qualify new projects through market intelligence and active prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key influencers such as architects and design offices
• Participate in the validation of commercial proposals using strong negotiation skills
• Coordinate and energize the commercial activities of Project Managers through regular support and commercial rituals
• Perform regular travel across the Allier, Rhône, and Isère departments

Requirements

• Specialized commercial training or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven experience in B2B service sales
• Knowledge of the building/construction sector is preferred
• High level of autonomy, tenacity, and organizational skills
• Ability to combine field action with strategic thinking
