Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 level of education
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to create connections
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and master operational tools
• Analytical mindset to translate figures into concrete actions
• Knowledge of internal procedures, product trends, and basic legal principles
