Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing a warm welcome and attractive shopping environment
• Drive performance by monitoring objectives, analyzing results, and controlling costs
• Ensure safety by respecting and enforcing rules for the protection of people and property

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree
• Experience in team management and motivating staff
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to create connections
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and master operational tools
• Analytical mindset to translate figures into concrete actions
• Knowledge of internal procedures, product trends, and basic legal principles
