Responsable Clientèle

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 6 customer advisors across 3 sites using Lean management principles
• Oversee consumer relations, including site management, complaint handling, and service quality monitoring
• Optimize operational products by improving billing speed and reducing unpaid rates
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and contractual obligations
• Maintain external relations with local authorities, industrial clients, and public bodies
• Collaborate with operational, commercial, and regional finance teams to coordinate service deployment

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC +4 to 5)
• Proven experience in team management and animation
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and numerical calculation
• Valid driving license (Permis B) with willingness to travel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage demanding stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the drinking water and sanitation industry
• Experience with Lean management methodologies
