About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee high-quality customer service, including order quality, delivery punctuality, and incident management.
  • Optimize the use of internal and external vehicle fleets and dimension daily vehicle requirements.
  • Manage the planning and execution of customer requests, including J+1 delivery organization.
  • Oversee the daily dispatch of vehicles and manage the activities of drivers and transporters.
  • Manage the Customer Service Center team and ensure the application of Health/Safety policies.
  • Analyze daily anomalies to develop continuous improvement plans and provide regular reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac +2 degree in Transport or Logistics.
  • Proven experience as a Dispatch Agent or in a similar logistics role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
