Responsibilities

• Manage and engage the checkout team to meet service ambitions
• Organize and plan the checkout line and point-of-sale reception area
• Oversee customer relationship quality and handle complaints effectively
• Manage financial flows, including cash orders, till funds, safe management, and bank deposits
• Optimize customer checkout speed and service efficiency
• Monitor and drive service performance and productivity objectives through corrective actions

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management (as a manager or assistant) in a customer-facing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in customer relationship management
• Experience in financial flow management
• A commercial mindset with a focus on building customer trust and proximity
