Responsable Business Office & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support the 2026-2030 strategic cycle by advancing governance and market support to achieve organizational ambitions.
• Prepare performance reviews and leadership team meetings for the Senior Vice President of Renault Trucks International.
• Define and drive the agenda and governance for international sales domains in alignment with Volvo Group and Renault Trucks policies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Renault Trucks International strategy in collaboration with markets and headquarters.
• Develop content for international communications and corporate events.
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of special international initiatives and exploratory projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
• Strong organizational and structuring skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and digital tools.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Change agent mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Interest in business, finance, digital, and transport industry trends.
