Responsable Bureau d’Etudes en CVC

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of one or more Design Office Technicians, including schedule management and team motivation.
• Supervise the creation of commercial proposals and execution files in collaboration with Group Managers.
• Perform full technical studies for refrigeration, air conditioning (direct expansion, chilled water, air treatment), and heating.
• Conduct pre-closings and control all execution files before presentation to the Agency Manager.
• Develop technical memorandums for each commercial offer.
• Act as the technical reference for the agency, supporting projects for tertiary, residential, and commercial clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Thermal Engineering, Climate Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Proven experience in a similar management or senior design role.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and unify a team.
• Excellent argumentation and communication skills.
• High level of adaptability in a professional environment.
