Responsibilities

• Identify and target calls for tenders to be processed
• Distribute files to quantity surveying technicians
• Validate study files
• Perform global project pricing for large or complex business
• Consult suppliers and participate in the purchasing process
• Participate in commercial actions
• Manage commercial transfer with the business manager
• Verify legal documents such as contracts and engagement acts

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or Heavy Works (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or construction management in building envelopes
• Proficiency in ONAYA and CALCULOCAD software
• Strong commercial aptitude and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
