Responsable Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality assurance for components, services, and products in compliance with BPF and internal standards
• Oversee risk assessments for manufacturers and service providers to build audit master plans
• Supervise the implementation and updates of Quality Agreements with suppliers
• Manage supplier complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure change control processes are applied and evaluated
• Lead quality evaluations of suppliers in collaboration with purchasing and supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement of quality management processes using KPI and KAI analysis
• Oversee quality assurance for central infrastructure activities including water treatment, BPF consumables, and metrology
• Manage and develop a Supplier Quality Assurance team, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Production
• Or Specialized Engineer in Quality Assurance with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and food regulatory principles
• Proficiency in audit methodologies and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of galenic formulation, analytical chemistry, and analysis methods
• Strong management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
