Responsable Administrativo de Movilidad

Responsibilities

• Centralize and organize operational documentation including contracts, quotes, requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Maintain updated reports of active users and generate monthly movement reports.
• Manage requests and payments related to services offered by the mobility area.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supplier invoice payments.
• Assist the Mobility Manager in coordination with other departments such as Finance and Purchasing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Public Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in the operation and management of public or private parking facilities.
• Experience supervising field operational staff.
• Knowledge of basic road safety standards and accident prevention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Drive, Forms, Sheets).
