Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the activity strategy in line with group objectives
• Coordinate professions involved in the development and production of products
• Establish and manage action plans associated with the workload
• Ensure budget monitoring and profitability of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain expertise for specific activity skills
• Challenge team and supplier commitments to guarantee Quality, Cost, and Delay objectives
• Participate in the development of team skills
• Provide regular reporting to hierarchical and functional managers

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant technical field
• 5-10 years of experience in team management or project management
• Industrial knowledge, ideally in the railway sector
• Understanding of mechanical power transmission principles
• Proficiency in English with ability to travel in France and abroad
• Proficiency in Office tools
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Strong managerial skills, including transversal management
• Ability to work in a network within a matrix organization
• Resilience, tenacity, and ability to challenge stakeholders
• Analytical skills, innovative spirit, and proactive approach
