Responsibilities

• Receive, assist, and appropriately direct customers entering the branch.
• Support the branch's Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.
• Provide advisory and guidance to customers on using digital tools, terminals, and ATMs.
• Promote the use of automated banking services among customers.
• Contribute to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial advisory or similar roles.
• Completed or ongoing tertiary/university studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proactivity and autonomy in task management.
• Strong orientation toward results and problem-solving.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different business environments and scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the sale of intangible products.
• Basic level of English (A1).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools and customer databases.
