Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to members in coordination with the Support Centre
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support business and operational outputs
• Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management

Requirements

• Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military, or security-related work
• Strong network of contacts in the local area
• Ability to work a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster
• High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
• Ability to make quick decisions and set priorities with interpersonal sensitivity
• Ability to complete a National Police Check and WWCC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the military, law enforcement, mental health sector, or emergency services industries
• Strong decision-making and empathy skills
