Respiratory Therapy Specialist - Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of mechanical ventilation, respiratory parameters, and device operations
• Assist senior respiratory therapists with ventilator demonstrations, installations, and clinical support
• Observe and assist with ventilator setup and monitoring in ICU, NICU, PICU, and emergency settings
• Support product demonstrations and hands-on training for clinicians and nurses
• Assist in troubleshooting basic device issues under the guidance of senior team members
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments of ventilators
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and hospital infection control norms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Respiratory Care (Fresh graduates only)
• Basic understanding of Human Respiratory physiology
• Strong interest in mechanical ventilation and critical care devices
• Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments like ICUs

• Comfort working in hospital and intensive care environments
• Strong learning mindset and technical curiosity for medical devices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for professional hospital interactions
