Respiratory Therapist (NICU & PICU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced respiratory care across critical and acute settings including NICU, PICU, and LTC
• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, ABGs, airway care, and emergency response
• Support NICU/PICU ventilator management and high-frequency ventilation
• Perform polysomnography and pulmonary diagnostics where applicable
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes
• Support JCI and regulatory compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven exposure to Critical Care, NICU, or PICU environments
• Valid DOH/DHA License or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
