Respiratory Therapist DGP

Responsibilities

• Care and therapy for intensive care, long-term ventilation, and weaning patients
• Accompanying rounds and weaning discussions
• Respiratory therapy for patients in the pneumological outpatient clinic
• Training staff, patients, and relatives in the use of ventilation and oxygen devices
• Providing internal training for nursing staff and physicians

Requirements

• Completed training as a DGP respiratory therapist (Atmungstherapeut:in DGP)
• Completed training in nursing as a healthcare and nursing professional
• Ideally additional training in intensive care and anesthesia nursing
• Team player with high motivation and reliability
• High degree of responsibility and problem-solving skills
