Responsibilities

• Install medical devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to local regulations and medical prescriptions
• Train patients on the proper use of their equipment to ensure safety and efficacy
• Provide feedback to healthcare prescribers regarding patient autonomy, treatment follow-up, and compliance
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction for both patients and prescribers through consistent follow-up
• Trace and report any incidents related to materiovigilance
• Represent the company by guaranteeing a high quality of service and contributing to local activity development

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Proven knowledge in medical device installation
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills to effectively train and support patients
