Respiratory Referent

Responsibilities

• Install and implement medical devices and associated equipment at patients' homes or healthcare facilities following quality and safety procedures.
• Provide training to patients and their families regarding respiratory treatments and device maintenance.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, reporting on treatment adherence, effectiveness, and any difficulties encountered to prescribers and sales representatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain and strengthen relationships through clinical reviews and staff meetings.
• Assist in managing medical-technical equipment stock and participating in materiovigilance operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled by management.
• Contribute to the company's quality, hygiene, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of basic respiratory principles.
• Proficiency with respiratory medical devices and associated consumables.
• Ability to teach patients proper device maintenance and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using office IT tools, including Google Suite and professional applications.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Ile-de-France region.

Preferred Qualifications

• A nursing diploma (Infirmier/ère) is a significant plus.
