Respiratory Physiologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive respiratory and sleep studies
• Analyze and interpret test results
• Provide accurate and timely reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory and sleep disorders

Requirements

• Experience in OSA patient management
• Ability to interpret multichannel sleep study and pulse oximetry automated reports
• CPAP setup and troubleshooting
• CPAP mask changes
• Compliance data interpretation
• Patient engagement and long-term management of OSA with CPAP
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel data entry
• Ability to work in clinic-based settings at Hemel or Harpenden Hospital

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist
