Respiratory Medical-Technical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interlocutor for pulmonologists, hospital services, and clinics to ensure high-quality respiratory care.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to healthcare professionals regarding optimal patient management and respiratory treatments.
• Coordinate and perform the setup, installation, and follow-up of medical devices (ventilation, sleep apnea, oxygen therapy, etc.) for patients at home.
• Train patients and their families on the correct use, maintenance, and safety instructions for prescribed medical equipment.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of patients through control visits, equipment revisions, and monitoring treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, medical prescriptions, and intervention traceability.
• Support business development by promoting VitalAire's service excellence to prescribers and participating in medical events or clinical studies.

Requirements

• Technical mastery of medical oxygen and respiratory medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory treatments and home care settings.
• Proven pedagogical abilities to train both medical professionals and patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when interacting with medical teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
