Respiratory Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated account strategy by developing hospital account plans that drive adoption and sustainable impact.
• Activate omnichannel engagement through a mix of digital, virtual, and in-person field-based touchpoints.
• Prioritize high-value accounts, patient pathways, and key decision-makers to maximize ROI.
• Act as a credible respiratory expert and go-to partner for NHS customers and colleagues.
• Use sales data and NHS datasets (e.g., RightCare, HES) to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Map stakeholders and build advocacy across secondary care and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
• Collaborate with medical and market access teams to translate field insights into actionable decisions.

Requirements

• A-level qualification or equivalent.
• Full driving licence.
• ABPI qualified.
• Proven sales success across primary and secondary care in a face-to-face setting.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the NHS.
• Outstanding presenting, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree qualification.
• Previous experience and customer knowledge within the respiratory therapy area.
• Strong IT and analytical skills.
• Experience in market access.
