Resourcing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Allocate consultants to projects based on project needs and availability
• Act as the primary point of contact for Partners and project directors on resourcing matters
• Manage and monitor the resourcing system to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Support the project sign-off process and create precise resourcing plans
• Liaise with consultants to update availability and forecast impact of constraints like holidays or sick leave
• Produce month-end reports
• Lead the induction process for new joiners regarding the timesheet system
• Liaise with the HR team to provide insight into project pipelines and team capacity

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on resourcing role within a professional services or project-based environment
• Proficiency in using technology, especially Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and German
