Resource Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line equipment safely in accordance with established instructions
• Perform equipment changeovers for different product sizes and varieties
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor mechanical adjustments
• Maintain accurate daily production records to support manufacturing analysis
• Operate a forklift to supply materials to lines or move pallets for shipping
• Rotate between different work areas including packaging, material supply, and shipping to support the team

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Availability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) and regular weekend overtime
• High school diploma or GED
• General mechanical aptitude
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills
• Flexibility to rotate through different assignment areas
