Resource Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support resourcing activities across Germany and North America.
• Lead the strategic use of SAP RM, SAC, and other global resourcing tools to optimize consultant utilization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards within scheduling tools.
• Oversee complex resourcing assignments, balancing skill alignment with evolving business demands.
• Partner with Competency Groups, Consulting Groups, and Delivery teams to anticipate skill needs and address resource gaps.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and challenge project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Contract Hiring Team on contractor engagement.
• Resolve resource scheduling conflicts using creative, scalable solutions.
• Analyze utilization data to produce insightful reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Champion process improvements in resourcing workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce management, or related capacity planning.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-changing resourcing demands.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis is a significant asset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
