About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed short, medium, and long-term manpower plans aligned with flight scheduling and operational needs
- Perform simulations and scenario analysis to optimize manpower costs and resource allocation
- Analyze manpower data, trends, and business drivers such as seasonal schedules and financial requirements
- Collaborate with the Finance department to define and validate manpower budgets in line with company targets
- Track and define KPIs to provide management reports on manpower resourcing and budgeting
- Plan and publish manpower rosters to ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders
- Communicate disciplinary, training, or medical issues to Performance Managers to ensure corrective actions are taken
- Identify and highlight operational risks and potential issues to management to minimize impact
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field with a University Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field without a University Degree
- Proven experience in manpower planning
- Proficiency in scenario analysis and data-driven decision making
- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
