Resource Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily updates of assignments in planning tools like ShotGrid/Flow
• Consolidate production needs and propose short/medium-term coverage scenarios
• Identify planning conflicts such as overlaps or staffing imbalances
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and facilities to secure onboarding conditions for new projects
• Maintain data quality and produce weekly capacity and staffing risk reports
• Support production teams by maintaining a talent pool of freelancers and contractors
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of planning processes for the Paris studio

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in resource planning, coordination, or production management
• Experience in VFX, animation, post-production, or multi-project environments preferred
• Proficiency with planning tools such as ShotGrid (Flow) or Crew Planning
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various departments
• Proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm under short-notice demands
