Resource Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, planning, and supervision for an Oil & Gas client on Barrow Island
• Process run sheets and load plans for the waste transfer station to facilitate end-of-month billing
• Provide consultation and advice to Client Contract Owners and Area Owners regarding plan execution
• Ensure adequate resourcing is available in alignment with projected planning
• Collect, collate, and compile waste data from various sources for reporting purposes
• Promote a strong customer service approach for both internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continual improvement of business processes to maintain a high-performing team

Requirements

• Experience in an operational administrative role within waste management, oil & gas, or transport and logistics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and invoicing processes
• Demonstrated ability in coordination, planning, and project/operations acumen
• High level of attention to detail
• Aptitude for using computer, reporting, and planning systems (e.g., JDE)
• Visual safety leadership and mentoring abilities
