Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resource deployment across client delivery, business development, and strategic internal initiatives.
• Translate business strategy, sales pipeline, and demand forecasts into executable workforce and capacity plans.
• Optimize utilization, realization, and margin performance across assigned teams.
• Make strategic trade-offs to prioritize work based on commercial value, client impact, and long-term capability goals.
• Partner with leadership to shape sustainable workforce models and inform hiring and reskilling decisions.
• Maintain a strategic view of consultant skills, career aspirations, and development pathways to balance immediate needs with long-term talent sustainability.
• Ensure the integrity and strategic use of resource and capacity data to provide insight-led workforce management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or deployment roles.
• Background in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of utilization, margin, and delivery economics.
• Advanced analytical capability with experience using workforce and financial data to drive action.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with capacity planning or workforce analytics tools.
• Exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated consulting environments.
• Experience supporting multi-country or globally distributed delivery teams.
