Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight to case management, intake, and navigation teams
• Offer guidance related to service delivery, documentation, and caseload management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Maintain sufficient contact with clients to ensure engagement with services
• Collaborate with community partners and internal departments to maintain a client-centered focus
• Stay current on housing opportunities, community resources, and applicable laws
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Facility Director on goal attainment

Requirements

• Three years of social services experience (homeless services preferred)
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Two years of senior case management experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs and spreadsheet software
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• College education
• Lived experience with homelessness and/or addiction
• Experience working with low-income populations or individuals facing drug and alcohol addiction
