Resource Management Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage resource headcount, including attrition and new hires, through monthly analysis against budget and forecasts
• Track team movements and ensure accurate profile creation within enterprise tools
• Maintain resource data including rate cards, utilization targets, and product-related information
• Plan and execute periodic skills assessment processes and report on resulting analytics
• Update and maintain resource project assignments and schedules
• Track resource bandwidth and availability, collaborating with managers to ensure data accuracy
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards regarding headcount, utilization, and compliance
• Monitor contractor extensions and analyze non-billable hours for management reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Sciences, Commerce, or Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or Resource Management within a multinational company
• Proven experience using HR, Finance, or Resource Management enterprise applications
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience using SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft TEAMS
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
