Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements
• Maintain accurate, real-time resource plans to provide visibility into team capacity and utilization
• Monitor and adjust staffing allocations as project needs evolve to ensure agility
• Track employee availability, capabilities, and development goals to support workforce planning
• Collaborate with project leaders to resolve scheduling conflicts and identify optimal resourcing solutions
• Build strong relationships across teams to connect employees with meaningful project opportunities
• Support workforce planning by identifying future staffing needs and skills gaps
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of resource management processes and reporting

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in resource coordination, scheduling, or project support
• Experience working within a consulting or project-based environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with resource planning or scheduling tools
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and fit-for-duty requirements
