Resource Control Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Provide operational scheduling support, including conflict analysis, operations verification, and site notification
• Support the Data Handling Center by coordinating data processing systems and ensuring timely delivery of data production
• Prepare, package, and ship test data items and data receipts
• Coordinate schedule preparation for both operations and maintenance
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly scheduling and conflict reports
• Interface with range and site leadership to ensure effective manpower and equipment utilization
• Monitor data production timelines to ensure efficient delivery

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two or more years of experience in operational or maintenance scheduling support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fluid environment

• Functional understanding of WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning, and engineering activities
