Resource Centre Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and operational needs for the UTM Career Centre
• Supervise, train, and support front-line staff and student assistants
• Coordinate the recruitment and training process for casual and student staff
• Analyze service usage statistics and prepare monthly reports and recommendations
• Design surveys and determine key performance indicators to evaluate service success
• Maintain data dashboards and administrative processes to improve operational efficiency
• Foster a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment for all students and visitors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of post-secondary customer service experience in a student assistance role
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably managing both staff and students
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience building data dashboards
• Experience with student information databases (e.g., ROSI/Acorn) or similar systems
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report on service statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a counseling or employment services environment
• Knowledge of the University of Toronto and University of Toronto Mississauga systems and culture
