Resource Allocator

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and optimize the deployment of operational resources to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal expenditure
• Review rostered manpower for upcoming shifts and implement adjustments to minimize overtime
• Maintain accurate roster data across all relevant systems to ensure operational integrity
• Pre-plan task allocation for subsequent shifts based on licensing validity and workload distribution
• Perform real-time management of tasks to adjust for resource variances, delays, cancellations, or aircraft changes
• Coordinate repositioning and towing requests from AOCC, HCC, and EY Line Maintenance
• Escalate operational shortfalls, risks, or issues to the Dispatch Duty Manager
• Maintain accurate records of overtime and deductions for payroll processing
• Generate and distribute shift handover reports to relevant managers

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years in an operational role within an airline or Ground Handling Agent (GHA), or 2 years in resource planning/allocation roles
• Strong understanding of resource management systems (RMS)
• Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High standard of verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
