About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations across all departments
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate resort staff
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for operational departments
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Contribute to long-term business planning and provide operational performance reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
